Description: EyeWonder has an excellent career opportunity for a Systems Engineer to join our Atlanta office. You will help to develop enhancements for and maintain use of our internal and external systems. This position functions within a rotational development cycle, ensuring that you will work on a variety of projects. This is an entry level position.Reports to: Director of Product DevelopmentPrimary Responsibilities: Develop new features and enhance capabilities of the AdWonder Flash Component.Update the EyeWonder Reporting tool. Integrate our reporting API into 3rd party dashboard systems (Business Objects, etc.) for EW agency/client partners.Develop the occasional campaign for special needs projects (including custom data-driven applications).Maintenance and upgrading of some various other internal systems.R&D cycles for developing products in new media markets (including mobile advertising, IPTV, and more). Requirements:Education: Associates Degree or higher in an area of study related to computer science or equivalent experience in a web-related field.Experience: 1-3 years experience with Java, .NET, ASP, ColdFusion, C++, C#, Visual Basic, or similar programming language.A minimum of 1 year development experience within the Flash authorizing environment, specifically focused on Actionscript 2.0 development, with an understanding of Flash design (examples: stages, timelines, layers, objects, tweening, etc.)Understanding of Actionscript 3.0 and experience with Adobe Flex is a major plus and some experience with writing technical documentation.Strong understanding of object oriented programming, other basic CS skills, and preferably a strong comprehension of programming language.Proficiency with cross-browser and cross-platform development.Skills: Comfortable working on team projects and working with other teams at partner companies.Strong written and verbal communication skillsWillingness to learn new technologiesAbility to work in a dynamic environment with continuously shifting focuses.Compensation and Benefits: Salary will be based on education and experience.
