Business Development Manager - DCS - Industrial
Are you a Business Development manager with 7 years experience selling DCS or DCS-like products to process industries?
If so, please read on!
We are an established company with a strong reputation for industrial automation products. We are currently seeking a Business Development Managers to join our sales team. This position will be vital to the team's success in achieving the goals of market penetration and increased sales growth.
Currently we have openings on the Gulf Coast (LA, FL, MS), Midwest (IL, MN, WS, MI, IA, Ontario), Mid-Atlantic (PA, MD, WV, VA, DE, DC), Southeast (AL, GA, TN) and Houston, TX.
Sounds great, what will I be doing?
* Our Business Development Managers develop and implement territory sales strategies evaluate prospects, find new business opportunities, develop and nurture business relationships, develop key accounts, generate and execute project pursuit plans and drive sales.
Perfect, but what does my background need to look like?
* Bachelor's degree
* 9 years selling DCS or DCS-like products to process industries.
* Experience selling TMR and / or Safety Systems
* Excellent communication / presentation skills to present and demonstrate products to engineers, engineering managers and senior decision makers.
* Demonstrated ability to establish and follow business plan with minimum supervision.
* Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
* Available to travel.
