REQUIRED (minimum):

• Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
  
• 10 plus years experience as a Quality Professional where progressive growth has been demonstrated
  
• 5 plus years experience in process development, re-engineering, or software methodology development
  
• Demonstrated success in managing a team of professionals
  
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
  
• Demonstrated success implementing Quality Management tools and techniques
  
• Demonstrated experience on software development projects
  
  PREFERRED:
  
• Experience implementing a formal Quality Management System (QMS)
  
• Experience with quality and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Kaizen
  
• Experience leading major customer satisfaction initiatives
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  
• 3-5 years experience as a Project Manager/Lead
  
• Green or Black Belt Six Sigma certification
  
• Knowledge of CMMI, IEEE, PMBOK Standards and best practices
  
• Knowledge of Rational Unified Process
  
• American Society for Quality certifications
  
• Demonstrated proficiency in adapting/tailoring best practices/processes to business needs
