Marketing Alliance Manager Responsibilities Develop strategies that identify, pursue, and ultimately secure support from women's groups. She/He provides leadership to the project manager on the development and execution of other activities aligned with the marketing plan and provides guidance to events strategies, particularly those relating to women's groups. Works in collaboration with Media and Marketing Alliances team, key fundraising staff, Advocacy (CARE Action Network) staff throughout the US, other members of the External Relations team (primarily Creative Production team), and agencies (where appropriate). Requirements A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, and communications or equivalent combination of education and work experience is required. A Master's degree in Marketing or similar focus is preferred. 5-7 years of experience in more than one area of marketing, including events management and/or coordination, alliance development and field marketing and or agency management is required. Experience in complex, decentralized organizations. Work with women-centric brands or services. Experience with women's groups. Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Good presentation skills and demonstrated ability to build partnerships and work in teams. Management/training/facilitation of large groups.
