OBJECTIVE

1986- Present- Personal Chef- “Party With Mia Catering” Self-Employed- Mobile In Home Catering- Coordinate and execute full service catering of private events.

 

Oct. 07 – Present - Event /Lead Chef- “Divine Events Catering”- Prep, Cook, and Executes food production for on site events.

 

Jan. 07 - Dec. 07- Sous Chef- “Glorious Events Corporate Catering”- High volume and high-end company is Atlanta’s 3rd largest catering company with $8 million in sales.  Worked under Chef Christophe Holmes (GM), Production in Hot and Cold sides Inventory, event planning, ordering, pastry and on site Banquet Chef.

 

Sept. 2005 - May 2007 – Private School Chef - “Gables Academy”, Stone Mountain, GA.  Organized and ran school lunch program. Created and prepared monthly menus that had educational and cultural themes.  Implemented individual diet plans for children with Diabetes, ADD, ADHD, Autism, Obesity and food allergies.  Planned special diets for vegan and kosher meals.

 

April 2006 to June 2007-Executive Culinary Team, “755 Club/ Aramark”- Turner Field, Atlanta, GA. – Worked under Chef Orazio and Sous Chef Todd Unkerfer.  Hot and Cold food production, Fine Dinning/ Banquets and Buffets.
