- Consulting on the drug side effects and regulations.
- Collaborating with pharmaceutical companies on medical projects and clinical trials.
- Conducting study design, epidemiological data collection and analysis.
- Assisting and advising the division director concerning international health programs. Act as a liaison to the World Federation of Hemophilia (WFH), on health care program development in developing countries. Carry out assignments in specified developing countries, including assisting the Ministry of health, physicians and lay organizations to plan, inaugurate and implement national health care programs for patients with bleeding and clotting disorders.
- Publishing and reviewing manuscripts. Five publications as a first author in the well-respected international medical and scientific journals, including MMWR within 4 years.

§ Played key role in the development (from scratch), implementation, management and evaluation of the program. Within the 2- year period program became one of the most successful in the country. This program was chosen as one of the first four countries for the WFH’s Global Alliance for Progress countries, and a model of successful programs for other developing countries. Funding from Government and WFH increased from 0 to $ 400,000 within the 2- year period.
§ With other WFH representatives played important role in the diplomatic meetings with the Ministry of Health and Financial Institutions of the country.
§ From ground zero set up the first medical treatment center for the population with bleeding disorders.
§ Organized a comprehensive care model for this population which was proven in US and Europe to improve quality of lives and longevity of patients.
§ Created a national computer registry.
§ Was responsible for the interviewing and training of medical staff for the clinic.
§ Assisted medical staff in various program initiatives and development, including hepatitis vaccination, patients outreach and education to name few.
§ Monitored and oversaw work of the staff of 20 people on a periodic basis.
