| Each day our school-age children come home to Nicholas House from school and attend our after-school program. Volunteers are needed to: Assist the children with their homework, Tutor the children in needed subjects, Chaperone children during field trips, Supervise the children during play-time and Make a positive impact in a young person s life. Volunteers are needed 3:00 6:00 P.M. on weekdays. Pick one day or more a week and volunteer each week on that afternoon. We do ask that volunteers make a commitment until the end of the school year. Volunteers are needed at our LaVista Nicholas House, near Briarcliff and our Boulevard Nicholas House, across from Grant Park/Zoo. Ad provided by Idealist.org |
